Arnold Supply uses state of the art bar coding to track products from our warehouse all the way to your door. Our bar coding is fully integrated into our customer's purchasing system. All bar codes utilize our customer's purchase orders, part numbers and quantity. That means our customers don't have to waste time looking for a part. Managing fastener inventory is a burdensome, inefficient process. Arnold Supply offers Bin Stocking programs, customized to the needs of our customers. This system manages fastener inventory, improves customer efficiency by eliminating manpower, allowing volume purchasing and preventing manufacturing stoppages. Arnold Supply will take inventory, stock bins and replenish inventory as needed when our customers needs it. We'll centralize inventory processing with purchasing departments, engineering staff and floor personnel to reduce costs and to guarantee delivery.

Arnold Supply can package products before it reaches our customer. We can bag the product into quantities that are easier to handle for our customers which improves our customer's efficiency. Arnold Supply can even adhere your label to custom fastener packaging so your product is ready for use.

Arnold Supply has full EDI capability. EDI centralizes fastener usage that improves purchasing and utilization review.

Today's industrial standards often require full certifications for fasteners. Arnold Supply guarantees full lot traceability, from raw material to finished product for all of fasteners. Our vendors have partnered with Arnold Supply to ensure our customers have complete chemical and physical certification for compliance with industrial standards. Arnold Supply will deliver your product from our warehouse to your product line when you need it, as you need it. JIT Programs are another example of the kind of customer service that sets Arnold Supply apart in fastener distribution.

Arnold Supply offers kitting as a service to customers who need products assembled for pre-packaging. Arnold Supply's kitting services removes the manpower and space requirements of assembly packaging. We can even include non-fastener items in these kits to simplify our kitting needs. Our customers can opt to have their logo and label adhered to the finished kits.

Plating is another service offered by Arnold Supply so they can be full service to their customers. Plating finishes offered include: zinc and yellow, hot dip galvanizing, mechanical galvanizing, black zinc, black oxide, gold and silver. The finished product is then delivered to our customer. Upon request, we can supply RoHS-complaint finishes.
